Brushes I have so many brushes I used, and I have no idea where I got them but I did not make the brushes...
Mask The outter bit of the banner is a PSP Mask, and I have had it so long, I do not know where I got it from, again I did not make that.
Fonts I don't know who made or designed the fonts, but I know how hard they are to create, thanks to the designers of the fonts.
Tubes The angel with the doves is a tube, I edited her a bit to fit what I wanted, but she is a Picture tube, I downloaded her.
